In Oaxaca, Mexico, the people use a soda bottle cap like a measure with Rivea seeds. The cap is filled up with seeds and leveled. It can contain 16 or 20 seeds per one time. But every person reacts different and have different resistance so I would recommend you start with 8 to 10 seeds, and then, going up with care.
The seeds should be powdered and soaked in water for at least 12-24 hs.
